Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a unique customer experience to visitors, embodying the brand's values and heritage.
  • Advise both French and international clientele on product offerings, enhancing their understanding of the brand's universe.
  • Provide exceptional service, developing a deep understanding of client needs and desires.
  • Adapt to each client and situation in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Take initiative to meet and exceed sales targets, collaborating with the team to overcome collective challenges.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by offering memorable and surprising experiences in partnership with colleagues and the boutique manager.
  • Research and provide solutions to client inquiries, ensuring seamless service.

  • Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to shipments.
  • Maintain the boutique's appearance and assist with merchandising changes.

  • Manage cash operations, including opening and closing procedures, handling discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Occasionally perform ticket sales and guided tours, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Engage in public relations or sommelier duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sales or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury hospitality
  • Fluent in French and English, with a third language preferred
