Role & Responsibilities
- Complete the bibliography and approach related to the characterization of fermentative yeasts.
- Develop and implement tests for yeast characterization on microplates, including fermentation kinetics, nitrogen requirements, and sulfite tolerance.
- Apply methods to historical and market yeasts.
- Analyze and interpret results.
- Communicate findings to relevant houses and departments.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
