Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage telephone and email reservations for both individual and group bookings.
  • Guide and advise French (20%) and international (80%) clients in selecting services, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Handle complaints via email and telephone.
  • Create reservation files and ensure the smooth execution of each booking.
  • Ensure compliance with visitor flow protocols.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality or Tourism.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written French and English.

Experience
