Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
  • Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
  • Foster open communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with company behaviors.
  • Maintain shop floor standards and product levels, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
  • Comply with company grooming standards and operational guidelines.
  • Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
  • Support managers in team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
  • Demonstrate understanding of company policies and provide support to other client advisors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
  • Fluent in English and French.
