Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience by greeting, listening and advising clients across all stages of the buying journey.
- Drive and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store financial performance through proactive selling and cross-selling across product categories.
- Develop and maintain high-value client relationships using CRM and digital tools to maximise loyalty and lifetime value.
- Support and participate in clientelling and department/store initiatives to strengthen client retention.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation in accordance with Alexander McQueen visual standards.
- Ensure operational excellence: manage stock procedures, inventory, cash activity and required reporting in line with company policies.
- Adhere to company grooming and presentation standards while treating product with the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with colleagues, foster open communication and propose solutions to improve store performance.
- Continuously update product, market and sales technique knowledge to remain competitive in the luxury market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing sales role within fashion retail, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, team-player attitude.
- Advanced selling skills with the ability to handle objections and close high-value sales.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment while maintaining professionalism.
Skills
Experience
Several years of hands-on experience in fashion retail sales, with proven success in client development and KPI achievement within a luxury or premium environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or luxury goods is advantageous.
