Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their needs.
- Support the sales team with consignment activities, including opening, maintenance, and closing of memos.
- Assist in preparing for and executing in-store client appointments and stylist consignments.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team during floor changes, including product organization and backstock management.
- Maintain shop floor standards and appropriate product levels in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support the setup and execution of in-store events.
- Oversee goods receipt and storage management according to company procedures.
- Ensure shop-to-shop and returns transfers comply with company guidelines and timelines.

- Previous experience in retail operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
