Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their needs.
• Support the sales team with consignment activities, including opening, maintenance, and closing of memos.
• Assist in preparing for and executing in-store client appointments and stylist consignments.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team during floor changes, including product organization and backstock management.
• Maintain shop floor standards and appropriate product levels in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Support the setup and execution of in-store events.
• Oversee goods receipt and storage management according to company procedures.
• Ensure shop-to-shop and returns transfers comply with company guidelines and timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
