Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports with key merchandising KPIs.
  • Conduct ad-hoc reports and analyses to optimize sales and stock levels, aiming to achieve seasonal sell-through targets.
  • Manage inventory by monitoring replenishment, requesting stocks, and executing transfers and consolidations between stores to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Support buying preparation by providing in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis on products and assisting with the buy review summary.
  • Coordinate with HQ and local supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and season launch execution.
  • Execute price adjustments and markdown/return operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising to support retail opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, including pricing and trend analysis.
  • Participate in store visits to gain insights into the field, customer profiles, and competitors.
  • Support the development of product training materials.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong communication and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Positive and proactive attitude.
