People Coordinator

Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver internal company events and engagement initiatives.
- Administer the intranet (Viva): group setup, access management and day‑to‑day user support.
- Act as Degreed (LMS) champion: support users, monitor learning completion and escalate issues.
- Coordinate internal surveys, monitor participation and compile insights for HR review.
- Support monthly engagement and learning forums and cascade key initiatives to the HR team.
- Coordinate mandatory learning and compliance campaigns including communications, tracking and reporting.
- Support recruitment activities and employer‑brand attraction initiatives.
- Provide HR operations support: Workday updates (data changes, reporting lines, new positions), PO/invoice processing and maintenance of HR trackers.
- Deliver ad‑hoc HR support including reporting, minute‑taking for local employee relations matters and creation of toolkits/guides for HR platforms and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast‑paced organisation with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Previous HR experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships across functions.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration platforms and intranet/LMS tools is desirable.
Skills
Experience
Practical experience in HR administration or people operations within a fast‑moving environment is preferred; candidates should demonstrate hands‑on involvement with onboarding, HR systems and internal communications. Previous exposure to learning management systems and HRIS processes is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline preferred; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) desirable but not essential.
