Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct sell-in analysis and share daily sell-in trackers post-buying campaigns.
  • Contribute to post-season reviews, highlighting key insights and opportunities for future collections.
  • Support competitive research and benchmarking on silhouettes, materials, pricing, and category trends.
  • Update key merchandising documents, including line sheets, collection plans, and training manuals.
  • Maintain accuracy of the product catalogue, coordinating with the Product Development team in Italy.
  • Assist in verifying product imagery and ensure all product views are correctly named and visible in the selling tool.
  • Assist with look-book and exit look codifications.
  • Ensure all Carry Over samples are available and shipped prior to showroom displays.
  • Coordinate sample requests and organization for campaign shoots, E-commerce, Press, and selling campaigns.
  • Support E-commerce with product descriptions and image validation.
  • Act as the main contact for Press and Communications, providing accurate global product information and timely answers to product-related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.

Skills

Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and data handling. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Genuine interest in fashion; previous experience in fashion or luxury is advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in fashion or luxury is a plus, but not mandatory.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field is desired.
