Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the collection development for Women's Ready-to-Wear, excluding Core Jersey, Denim, and Knitwear.
- Represent the Product Development function in London, ensuring alignment with design's creative direction.
- Collaborate with the Studio Director and WRTW Design team to translate creative concepts into products.
- Act as the liaison between the London Studio and Product Development teams in Novara.
- Oversee the development of Womenswear pieces from concept to prototype and sample approval.
- Balance creative intent, technical feasibility, cost, and production timelines.
- Manage fittings, material approvals, and sample reviews, providing feedback to achieve desired quality.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to local development and technical staff.
- Troubleshoot design, construction, or fit challenges, proposing effective solutions.
- Manage critical paths, calendars, and sample tracking for seamless information flow.
- Collaborate with Materials, Production, Merchandising, and Atelier teams for collection feasibility.
- Uphold brand standards for innovation, craftsmanship, and quality.
- Take on additional categories or projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Collection or Product Development within luxury fashion.
- In-depth knowledge of Womenswear Ready-to-Wear.
- Strong technical understanding of garment construction and materials.
- Experience with cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to interpret and communicate design drawings and technical requirements.

Substantial experience in luxury fashion collection or product development, specifically in Womenswear Ready-to-Wear.
