Alexander McQueen seeks a Client Advisor in Toronto (Yorkdale) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience by greeting, listening to and advising clients, demonstrating thorough product and brand knowledge.
  • Own and develop client relationships through tailored clienteling supported by CRM and digital tools to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Proactively identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across all product categories to meet and exceed individual financial targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain shopfloor presentation and stock levels in accordance with House visual merchandising, operational and inventory procedures.
  • Execute cash, inventory and reporting activities requested by head office, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by proposing solutions, sharing feedback and promoting the House Code of Behaviours (empowerment, teamwork, respect, kindness).
  • Remain professionally groomed and act as a brand ambassador at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or a customer-service environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
  • Strong selling ability and objection-handling skills with a client-centric, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team-player mentality.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital retail tools for clienteling and sales activities.
  • Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods, climb a ladder and regularly lift packages of approximately 10 lbs.

Experience
