Role & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate McQueen's desired behaviors as a brand ambassador.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive product knowledge and McQueen's heritage.
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, exhibiting passion for luxury products.
  • Foster open communication with team members, proposing effective solutions collaboratively.
  • Contribute to product visual displays in alignment with McQueen's visual standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
  • Adhere to McQueen's grooming standards and policies.
  • Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
  • Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches and CRM tools.
  • Strengthen client loyalty by participating in clienteling initiatives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Operate with care and respect for products.
  • Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
