Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and AMQ heritage.
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, proposing effective solutions collaboratively.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products in accordance with AMQ visual standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
  • Adhere to Company grooming standards and policies.
  • Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
  • Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools.
  • Strengthen client loyalty by participating in clientelling initiatives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Operate with utmost care and respect for the product.
  • Comply with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and main reporting activities, ensuring proactive execution of company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
