McQueen seeks a Client Advisor in Bicester (Full‑time) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales for the McQueen boutique.

Overview

McQueen is a British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen and renowned for its incisive tailoring and provocative aesthetic. The house, with design and atelier operations in London, is part of the Kering Group and is recognised for uncompromising creative vision and meticulous craftsmanship under its current creative leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences on the sales floor, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and an understanding of McQueen heritage.
  • Proactively identify and convert cross‑selling opportunities across all product categories to achieve and exceed individual sales KPIs.
  • Recruit, maintain and develop long‑term client relationships using bespoke clienteling techniques and CRM/digital tools to strengthen loyalty.
  • Participate in store and department clienteling initiatives and outreach programmes to grow the client base.
  • Maintain impeccable shopfloor standards and visual merchandising in line with House guidelines, and ensure correct product presentation and replenishment.
  • Execute operational duties including stock procedures, cash handling, inventory control, logistics and required reporting to head office.
  • Adhere to McQueen grooming and brand presentation standards and promote the House Code of Behaviours in daily interactions.
  • Foster collaborative team communication, share feedback constructively and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail or customer‑service experience in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive selling and objection‑handling ability.
  • Client‑centric approach with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for fashion and luxury trends.
  • Team‑oriented mentality and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM and digital retail tools; basic familiarity with social media and digital client engagement.
  • Ability to be mobile and stand for extended periods; commitment to House grooming standards.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar customer‑facing role within fashion retail or luxury environments, with demonstrable success in driving personal sales and contributing to store performance.

Education

Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, sales or fashion is advantageous.
