Role & Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
  • Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events in collaboration with visual merchandising and press departments.
  • Liaise with team members and customers to resolve urgent issues promptly.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and diplomatically resolve customer situations.
  • Adhere to and reinforce visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Review seasonal orders with sales associates to maximize merchandise potential.
  • Conduct business recaps focusing on sell-through with sales associates.
  • Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example.
  • Identify and manage performance issues to ensure fair and consistent processes.
  • Conduct in-store training and coordinate the induction of new staff.
  • Carry out yearly appraisals and provide constructive feedback and development objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills

Demonstrated ability to embody Alexander McQueen's core behaviors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills for interfacing at all organizational levels.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years in luxury fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, is required.
