Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in achieving store sales targets and maximizing profitability.
• Act as a role model for store personnel, representing and supporting the brand's values.
• Improve and develop supervisory skills, taking ownership of visual, merchandising, and operational responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Organize and lead store meetings to communicate targets and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and maintain product presentation standards.
• Minimize stock loss by implementing control policies and procedures.
• Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a client-driven environment in a lead sales or supervisory role.
• Leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities.
• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of work and experience preferred.
• Experience in a luxury or high-end, client-based environment preferred.
