Marni seeks a Client Advisor in New York to deliver personalised luxury clienteling and drive sales at the Meatpacking store. $19–$21/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients with a warm, professional and personalized service approach.
- Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice and tailored recommendations to meet client needs.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling while meeting individual and store targets.
- Build and maintain a client book, proactively manage follow-ups, invitations and personalised shopping experiences.
- Ensure impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Operate POS and process transactions accurately; support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support back-office tasks and participate in merchandising and store activations as required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience with fashion, jewelry or lifestyle brands; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Proven sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver personalised service.
- Cultural awareness and ability to interact effectively with an international clientele.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide proof of eligibility.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail, preferably within fashion, jewellery or lifestyle brands; demonstrated success in clienteling and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is a plus.
