Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
  • Manage the sales process to ensure exceptional client experiences and foster customer loyalty.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and update client records, including preferences and significant life events.
  • Align with the brand's style and qualitative standards throughout the sales and post-sale processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet business objectives and enhance store performance.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activities.
  • Schedule and prepare for client appointments, ensuring personalized service.
  • Support the brand image by adhering to dress code and communicating brand values to clients.
  • Participate in inventory processes and maintain store organization.
  • Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
  • Possession of a client book is preferred.
  • Proficiency in customer service skills and communication (both written and verbal).

Experience
