Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure an empathetic and professional welcome, guiding clients through their experience to reflect the standards of Prada Group.
• Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of Marchesi 1824's history and culture to passionately convey this to guests through engaging storytelling.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of products to assist and advise clients, staying updated on product innovations and sales performance.
• Identify specific client needs, ensuring a personalized approach to special requests and preferences.
• Anticipate client needs, maintaining comfort through continuous attention and enriching conversations.
• Verify product freshness and integrity, ensuring the department is well-stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Compile daily inventory reports and monitor stock availability and expiration dates.
• Maximize sales efficiency through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury dining or high-end hospitality settings.
• Passion and interest in the food sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural customer orientation.
• Ability to manage dynamic and complex situations professionally and courteously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle reservations and customer flow.
• Adherence to grooming guidelines appropriate for the setting.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, and participate in special events.
• Proficiency in English.
