Role & Responsibilities

  • Drafting and updating product technical sheets.
  • Supporting process controls, including operational checks, form completion, and data collection.
  • Assisting during internal and external audits and supporting verifications at sales points.
  • Creating and updating recipes on technical and management documentation.
  • Entering and importing production data into the company's management system.
  • Supporting quality document management, including procedures, operational instructions, and records.
  • Collaborating with production, R&D, and central offices for data and process alignment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree (including ongoing studies) in Food Science and Technology, Biology/Chemistry, Food Technology/Agriculture, or related fields.
  • Interest in the food and quality sector.

Skills

Experience
