Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for HQ and Retail positions, ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Identify and attract top talent from hospitality, fine dining, and luxury food retail sectors.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Marketing for employer branding initiatives.
  • Define and optimize internal structures and organizational charts with Management.
  • Support new boutique openings with tailored staffing plans.
  • Monitor staffing needs across stores and propose sustainable solutions.
  • Implement training programs in line with Group HR guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous development.
  • Contribute to HR budget planning and monitor labor costs.
  • Provide regular HR reporting to Management and Group Headquarters.
  • Offer daily HR support to managers, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Resolve employee relations issues in coordination with the HR Director.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Supervise data transmission to Payroll and verify HRIS data accuracy.
  • Contribute to the rollout of new digital HR tools and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR roles within retail, hospitality, or luxury food environments.

Skills

Solid knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, organization, and employee relations. Familiarity with HR management systems, preferably SAP. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility, proactivity, and attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving attitude. Passion for pastry, luxury, and Italian excellence.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within retail, hospitality, or luxury food environments.

Education

University degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related fields.
