Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of new store openings, including managing checklists, timelines, documentation, SOPs, and benchmarking activities.
  • Provide operational support to existing locations, focusing on procedures, quality control, reporting, scheduling, and benchmarking.
  • Assist in menu development projects and product launches.
  • Conduct benchmarking activities and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure follow-up on key activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including HQ, Operations, Retail, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • Develop reports related to store performance.
  • Support the development of events and manage the B2B database.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Business, or Economics.

Skills

Strong interest in the high-end hospitality and Food & Beverage industry. Excellent command of the English language. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Solid organizational and task management skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in the high-end hospitality and Food & Beverage industry is essential.

Education

Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Business, or Economics.
