Role & Responsibilities

• Support the management and coordination of events, ensuring exceptional service and flawless customer experience.
• Assist in administrative management, including invoice handling and purchase orders, collaborating with suppliers and inventory management.
• Aid in inventory planning and supervision, contributing to process efficiency and staff training.
• Facilitate customer interactions, managing reservations and communications to provide personalized and timely service.
• Collaborate in preliminary event planning, budget creation, and operational detail definition.
• Coordinate internally to organize necessary equipment for events and optimize operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in event or hospitality sectors, preferably within luxury or fine dining contexts.
• Familiarity with management software such as Inventory and reservation systems is preferred.
