Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Controller in executing two pivotal cost optimization projects for 2024: Food Cost and Labour Cost.
- Manage recipe analysis, conduct commercial and variance analysis, and oversee stock control procedures related to Food Cost.
- Support workforce scheduling and KPI monitoring for Labour Cost.
- Analyze data and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct business analysis related to sales and specific projects to enhance planning and reporting systems.
- Prepare periodic reports including actuals, rolling forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Perform strategic analysis within the retail sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of experience in a similar financial or business analysis role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
