Role & Responsibilities
- Perform sales analysis and support specific business projects.
- Prepare periodic reports for F&B Managers, including actuals, rolling forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and planned results.
- Support the preparation of strategic plans and sales forecasts.
- Contribute to the improvement of planning and reporting systems.
- Support product uploading and online assortment updates in the e-commerce channel.
- Monitor stock levels, content accuracy, and publishing timelines.
- Assist in understanding commercial phases related to product launches and market coverage.
