Role & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
  • Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
  • Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
  • Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to expand the client book.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support stock control and management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
  • Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
  • Passion for fashion and sales.
  • Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs.
  • Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
  • Understanding of retail KPIs.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Skills

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales processes. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience
