Sales Ambassador
Marc Jacobs seeks a Sales Ambassador in Serravalle, Italy to drive boutique sales, client relationships and visual merchandising for the new store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a visible brand ambassador, embodying the Marc Jacobs image and DNA through exemplary personal presentation and adherence to appearance guidelines.
- Deliver a superior client journey: welcome clients, educate them about the brand, build and nurture long-term relationships, and expand the client book via CRM capture.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through personalised selling, product recommendations, and cross-selling complementary items (RTW and leather goods).
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends to inform client conversations and drive conversions.
- Apply visual merchandising standards to reflect brand guidelines and enhance the boutique atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately and professionally while complying with company policies and procedures.
- Support stock management and loss-prevention controls to ensure product availability and operational integrity.
- Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to business reporting and KPI achievement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury or high-fashion retail environment.
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods (RTW/LG).
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable commitment to meeting and exceeding commercial targets while prioritising client experience.
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand at all times.
- Working knowledge of retail KPIs and basic CRM processes.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury/high-fashion retail sales, with demonstrated success selling ready-to-wear and leather goods and growing a book of repeat clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, fashion or luxury brand management is advantageous.
