Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image and values.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Educate clients about the brand and introduce complementary products.
- Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Process sales confidently and professionally.
- Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product lines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fashion sales.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
