Marc Jacobs seeks a Part-Time Sales Ambassador in Paris (Le Bon Marché) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible brand ambassador: communicate the Marc Jacobs aesthetic, lead by example in personal presentation and adhere to brand appearance guidelines.
  • Deliver an exceptional client journey by welcoming customers, educating them about the brand and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proactively drive sales through clienteling, cross-selling complementary items and meeting individual and store targets.
  • Capture and maintain accurate CRM records to grow a personal client book and support targeted outreach.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards on the selling floor to reflect brand guidelines and enhance the luxury boutique environment.
  • Process transactions professionally, support stock control and ensure compliance with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Keep product knowledge current across collections and monitor fashion trends to inform client recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or high-fashion retail, with demonstrated success in sales.
  • Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and/or leather goods is preferred.
  • Strong clienteling skills with an ability to build and sustain a loyal clientele.
  • Excellent personal presentation and professional conduct consistent with Marc Jacobs’ brand image.
  • Commercially driven with a clear understanding of retail KPIs and target achievement.
  • Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or high-fashion retail, ideally with hands-on selling experience in ready-to-wear and/or leather goods.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion qualification desirable.
