Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a visible Brand Ambassador, embodying Marc Jacobs’ image, DNA and presentation standards at all times.
  • Deliver an exceptional client journey by welcoming customers, educating them about the brand and building long-term relationships to expand the client book.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling, suggestive selling of complementary products and confident transaction handling.
  • Record and maintain client data in the CRM to support personalised follow-up and business development.
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines to maintain store image and product presentation.
  • Monitor and support stock control activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and store procedures.
  • Remain up to date on product lines and fashion trends to communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail (with at least 2 years selling ready-to-wear and/or leather goods).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while prioritising the client experience.
  • Excellent personal presentation and adherence to brand appearance guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs and commercial drivers.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or high-fashion retail, including demonstrable success selling ready-to-wear and leather goods and managing client relationships to drive repeat business.
