Marc Jacobs is hiring a Sales Ambassador in London (Regent Street) to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales for ready-to-wear and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Marc Jacobs brand in-store, embodying brand DNA, appearance standards and the customer-facing image at all times.
  • Deliver an elevated client journey by welcoming customers, educating them on product collections and building long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through active selling, suggestive selling of complementary products and thorough product knowledge.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client CRM details to grow the client book and support personalized clienteling.
  • Support store visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand presentation and enhance customer experience.
  • Process transactions professionally and ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling and stock-control procedures.
  • Monitor personal and store performance against Retail KPIs and contribute to inventory management and loss prevention activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' retail sales experience in a luxury or high-fashion environment.
  • Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and/or leather goods (RTW / LG).
  • Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong personal presentation and ability to act as a visible brand ambassador.
  • Target-driven orientation with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Experience

Minimum three years of hands-on sales experience within luxury or high-fashion retail, with demonstrable success in RTW and leather goods and familiarity with client relationship management.
