Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible brand ambassador, embodying Marc Jacobs’ image and DNA through appearance, behaviour and service.
  • Deliver an exceptional client journey through welcome, personalised consultation, and ongoing relationship-building (clienteling).
  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines to present product assortments in line with brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance by educating clients on product lines, recommending complementary items, and meeting individual and store targets.
  • Process transactions accurately and professionally; capture client data for CRM to expand the client book.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and monitor fashion trends to inform selling conversations.
  • Support stock management and loss-prevention procedures; ensure adherence to company policies and store controls.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury or high-fashion retail sales (ready-to-wear and leather goods experience required).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working with Retail KPIs.
  • Fluent Spanish is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and ability to represent the Marc Jacobs aesthetic.
  • Strong commitment to client service and to building long-term client relationships.

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury or high-fashion retail sales with demonstrable success in client acquisition, clienteling and achieving sales targets; experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or qualifications in fashion, retail or customer service are a plus.
