Senior Digital, Ecommerce & CRM Manager
Make Up For Ever in Singapore seeks a Senior Digital, Ecommerce & CRM Manager (1‑year temporary) to lead SEAO digital, ecommerce and CRM activations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the SEAO digital centre of expertise: translate global brand strategy into locally relevant, data-driven digital, ecommerce and CRM activations across Southeast Asia (SG, MY, ID, TH, VN) and Oceania (AU).
- Coordinate with HQ on quarterly planning, campaign rollouts and regional performance; produce product launch bulletins and consolidate best-practice reporting.
- Own annual paid media planning and monthly performance reviews across SEAO; lead end-to-end paid media execution for SG, TH and AU and deliver post-campaign analysis with optimisation recommendations.
- Manage Sephora omnichannel activations for SEA: brief, deliver and maintain launch assets and always-on content; support Sephora CRM initiatives.
- Oversee brand websites for SG, MY, ID, TH and AU: ensure timely updates for launches, manage content mechanics and produce quarterly website health reports.
- Manage Australia retail ecommerce presence (Adore Beauty, City Perfume, The Iconic, Heinemann, David Jones): maintain assortment masters, prepare assets and consolidate visibility reporting.
- Define and execute CRM and customer engagement strategy: annual CRM data reviews, EDM programmes (triggering, localisation, Salesforce setup), quarterly performance analysis and WhatsApp Business activations for MY and ID.
- Lead marketplace campaign planning for Lazada and Shopee: set master mechanics, review market plans and consolidate post-campaign results.
- Maintain the monthly ecommerce sales tracker across markets and channels, identify trends and share actionable insights to inform commercial planning.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Digital, Business or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and/or CRM; regional SEAO experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in Luxury Beauty or FMCG is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience with paid media planning and execution, ecommerce marketplace operations and CRM campaign management.
- Practical experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and running EDM programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and the ability to work independently within a multicultural matrix.
- Proficiency in English required; proficiency in an additional SEAO language is a plus.

Minimum 4–5 years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and/or CRM, with demonstrated regional experience across Southeast Asia and/or Oceania; Luxury Beauty or FMCG background preferred.
Education
