Make Up For Ever (Levallois-Perret): Management Control Intern — Operations & Marketing, internship July–December 2026.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly financial close activities and monitor operating expenses for designated headquarters teams.
  • Support variance analysis versus budget and assist in calculating accounting provisions.
  • Attend monthly review meetings with Operational Directions and flag budget overruns, proposing corrective actions.
  • Consolidate global stock data and contribute to budget builds, revisions and strategic planning processes.
  • Assist in preparation and update of business plans, launch financials and product P&L templates.
  • Prepare management syntheses, dashboards and presentations for HQ stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master-level programme (Bac +4/+5) in business, finance or equivalent university degree.
  • Solid accounting and financial fundamentals with demonstrable coursework or internship experience in controlling or budget management.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables) and strong proficiency in financial reporting.
  • Professional proficiency in French and functional business writing in English.
  • Rigorous, organised, analytical and able to produce clear syntheses for senior stakeholders.
  • Interest in information and accounting systems (experience with AX / Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus).

Experience

Entry-level internship. Ideally one prior internship or practical exposure in management control, budget follow-up or financial reporting.

Education

Master-level studies (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in business, finance, accounting or equivalent.
