Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Tmall business plans to drive e-commerce growth.
- Optimize in-site paid media to enhance traffic acquisition and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Lead the development of annual Tmall animation calendars and execute marketing strategies.
- Manage Tmall operations with clear KPI setting and tracking to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze data to identify new e-tailor development opportunities and enhance CRM strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with agencies and partners to ensure effective cooperation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Over 5 years of experience in communication, media, PR, and e-commerce roles.
- Proven skills in integrated marketing communication and strategic thinking.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
