Role & Responsibilities
- Serve and sell using makeup and sales skills to drive sales and promote the brand's DNA.
- Welcome clients and engage in traffic stopping.
- Provide professional and personalized advice.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to key performance indicators.
- Foster customer loyalty by offering a unique client experience.
- Share knowledge of Make Up For Ever products and techniques with clients.
- Participate in daily restocking and product storage.
- Maintain the store environment, including hygiene standards and tester updates.
- Stay informed on daily sales figures and important communications.
- Conduct accurate and reliable product and service transactions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, respecting brand identity and store guidelines.
- Record each transaction in the Winparf client management system.
- Adhere to internal procedures, including opening/closing and training manuals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics.
- Excellent makeup skills, both beauty and artistic.
- In-depth knowledge of Make Up For Ever's history and products.
- Team spirit with strong customer service orientation.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and challenge-driven.
- Proactive and innovative.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, ideally within the cosmetics industry.
