Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and align Douyin platform communication and media strategy.
  • Lead the execution of Douyin communication calendar in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage Douyin KOL livestream business and daily operations with KPI tracking.
  • Develop and maintain a KOL matrix for content and livestreaming.
  • Ensure high standards of brand content management on Douyin.
  • Develop annual Douyin animation calendar leveraging new product launches.
  • Enhance marketing communication quality on Douyin platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies for effective cooperation.
  • Define and monitor clear KPIs to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Lead and motivate an integrated team to achieve Topline and OP targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Over 5 years of experience in communication, media, PR, and e-commerce.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strategic thinking and integrated marketing communication skills.

Experience
