Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial objectives through effective team organization.
- Ensure a tailored customer experience to meet individual and collective goals.
- Supervise the team alongside the Store Manager, providing feedback to enhance the quality of the customer experience.
- Contribute to commercial performance improvement, sales and stock analysis, product rotation, and restocking supervision.
- Exhibit leadership by delivering exceptional personalized customer service and developing clientele through CRM initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the premium or luxury sector, and at least 1 year of team management experience.
