Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy to enhance brand presence across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with creative, PR, brand, e-commerce, and production teams to facilitate content creation and campaign development.
- Manage global and regional social media calendars and oversee publishing for Maison Margiela and MM6.
- Propose innovative ideas to elevate social media engagement within the fashion industry.
- Collaborate with in-house creative teams to produce innovative and engaging content.
- Identify and collaborate with new content creators for brand partnerships.
- Lead influencer strategy and relations to generate earned content during key brand activations.
- Assist in light production for influencer campaigns.
- Contribute to content direction for MM6 partnerships, including moodboards and social strategy.
- Handle community management, including responding to KOL and DM inquiries.
- Oversee global analytics reporting for earned and owned activities, providing insights and recommendations.
- Organize livestream setups for runway shows.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in social media within the luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors.
- Proven success in developing and implementing social media strategies for international brands.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumers and digital trends.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional storytelling, content curation, and asset planning skills.
- Extensive network of influencers and creators.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in social media analytics tools.
- Passion for luxury, creativity, and digital marketing innovation.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is advantageous.
