Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed pricing analysis and weekly pricing benchmarks across multiple currencies (EUR, USD, CNY, JPY); calculate spreads and produce category-level and ad-hoc pricing reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Conduct product benchmarking and daily market monitoring of competitors — new products, seasonal narratives and collaborations — and prepare monthly newsletters summarising market trends and major events.
  • Prepare trend reports and season-ready briefs for the Collection Merchandising team; produce in-depth analyses of competitors' collection structures and consolidated Fashion Week reports.
  • Coordinate showroom operations: prepare shoot lists and documentation for dressers, confirm sample availability, supervise shoots to ensure timely photography and verify codes and images within the post-shoot application.
  • Manage sample intake and logistics: receipt and checklist verification, ensure correct handling by internal and external teams during showrooms, and assist with cancellation distribution for Visual Merchandising and sample flow coordination.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (M1 or M2) and seeking a 4–6 month internship beginning April 2026.
  • Previous internship or work experience within the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Fluency in French and English; conversational or better Italian is a plus.
  • Strong Excel proficiency and experience producing analyses and presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Highly analytical mindset with demonstrable experience in pricing, benchmarking or trend analysis.
  • Product-oriented sensibility with the ability to compare leathers and styles to inform pricing strategy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage stress under last-minute requests.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, visual, studio).

Experience

Prior exposure to the luxury or fashion sector via internships or entry roles is required; experience with pricing, collection analysis or showroom/sample coordination is strongly preferred.
