Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Offer expert product knowledge and personalized styling advice.
  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized luxury shopping experiences.
  • Develop and manage a client book, engaging clients through follow-ups and invitations to events.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations.
  • Uphold the brand's values and standards at all times.
  • Stay updated on brand history, new collections, and industry trends.
  • Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions efficiently and manage POS system operations.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
  • Support back-office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly in fashion, jewelry, watches, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for delivering personalized shopping experiences.
  • Ability to interact with an international clientele.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work within a dynamic team environment.
