Role & Responsibilities
- Adapt global visual merchandising guidelines to local configurations for boutiques, department stores, chains, and pop-ups across European markets and Travel Retail.
- Develop and manage planograms for all product categories, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and sales potential.
- Provide regional visual merchandising recommendations during forecast periods in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
- Prepare VM books and POS material orders for new store openings, coordinating with local markets and headquarters' Retail Design.
- Supervise the implementation of VM strategies in stores, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity, values, and aesthetic standards.
- Conduct regional reporting for each campaign launch, including photos and analyses, to ensure brand image consistency and operational improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, VM headquarters, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. Frequent travel and market visits are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing or Visual Merchandising within the beauty, luxury, or high-end consumer goods sectors.
