Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist retail designers in developing animative concepts such as pop-ups, window displays, space design, and bespoke personalization.
  • Participate in organizing seasonal window and pop-up installations with VM project managers, including pre-planning, product and POSM orders, on-site execution, and photographic reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of planograms for upcoming retail locations and assist in coordinating remote installations with photographic follow-ups.
  • Manage the visual database, support campaign changes coordination with the cropping agency, dispatch visuals to various markets, and ensure compliance with guidelines and proper installation.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and best practice research.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a design school or visual merchandising program.

Skills

Proficiency in SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Creativity, rigor, autonomy, and proactivity. Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in design or visual merchandising.
