Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and distribution strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.
- Drive sales growth through effective management of the field sales team and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to amplify sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
- Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the beauty industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
