Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and distribution strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
  • Drive sales growth through effective management of the field sales team and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to enhance sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial target achievement.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue streams.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the company's strategic direction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in luxury, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Deep understanding of the beauty market, including trends and distribution channels.
  • Experience managing key accounts and negotiating contracts with major retailers.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing sales budgets.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and support the sales team.
