Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor training programs in alignment with headquarters' guidelines, tailoring strategies to specific retailer and personnel environments.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Manager to propose targeted training initiatives aimed at enhancing retail performance, encompassing both soft and hard skills.
  • Adapt existing training modules and innovate new delivery methods.
  • Utilize knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trends to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Deliver training programs with appropriate modules and allocate team resources efficiently.
  • Develop and execute bespoke training paths for Maison Francis Kurkdjian retail staff, including masterclasses, internal events, and canvassing.
  • Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams to provide specialized expertise programs and ongoing training on new products.
  • Evaluate and track the performance of the sales team following training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, preferably within the cosmetic or retail industry.
  • Advanced understanding of training methods and delivery.

Skills

High proficiency in presentation and communication. Customer-oriented with a strong focus on sales KPIs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous. Ability to work in a complex environment with agility.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in training, preferably within the cosmetic or retail industry, is required.
