Role & Responsibilities
- Structure and organize the Supply Chain Merchandising department.
- Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement projects for processes and tools.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Visual Merchandising, Procurement Coordination, Article Base, Finance, Packaging Development, and Marketing.
- Define and consolidate the monthly production and supply plan based on validated market forecasts.
- Collect and update production quantities and validate supplier production capacities.
- Define safety stock policy and ensure proper ERP configuration.
- Implement the production plan, manage supplier production, and participate in the industrialization of new references.
- Manage quality disputes and ensure compliance.
- Handle stock shortages, define product allocation rules, and implement quotas.
- Conduct Business Reviews, share performance indicators, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage procurement expenses, revise standard prices annually, and monitor stock valuation and depreciation.
- Collaborate on cross-divisional projects within LVMH and share best practices within the Merchandising community.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) from an engineering, business school, or university with a specialization in Supply Chain or Project Management.
- Confirmed experience (minimum 7 to 10 years) in Supply Chain, ideally within the luxury, retail, or merchandising sectors.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
Education
Advanced degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain or Project Management.
