Role & Responsibilities
- Verify and update purchase orders.
- Update pricing in the software system.
- Assist the team in monitoring product allocations.
- Coordinate with the supply team to track stock shortages and availability.
- Monitor the availability of productions, including catalog and new launches, on a daily basis.
- Track stock shortages and analyze sales against allocated quantities.
- Monitor customer payments and prepare follow-ups.
- Record customer account statements.
- Manage and track customer complaints.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with exposure to supply chain or customer service functions.
