Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand with elegance and professionalism, embodying its values through impeccable presentation and inspirational communication.
  • Deliver a unique and personalized customer experience, enhancing the brand's prestige.
  • Foster customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
  • Ensure the enrichment of the customer database (CRM) by accurately and confidentially recording qualitative data for effective utilization.
  • Contribute to the store's performance by achieving sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Actively participate in the collective performance of the store by analyzing and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Sales Revenue, Average Basket, Conversion Rate, Units Per Transaction, Net Promoter Score, Customer Retention Rate, and more.
  • Ensure the implementation of strategies and directives from headquarters teams (Retail Education, Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, etc.).
  • Maintain the store's appearance, adhere to merchandising guidelines, and ensure optimal stock organization.

Qualifications

  • Commercial training background with experience in luxury retail or niche perfumery.
  • Proven track record in retail sales, particularly in the luxury sector.

Skills

Strong commercial acumen and a penchant for challenges. Exceptional interpersonal skills and impeccable service orientation. Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in an additional foreign language being advantageous. Proficiency in storytelling and conversational skills.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or niche perfumery sector.

Education

Commercial training background.
