Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a unique and personalized customer experience.
- Ensure customer loyalty and development by enriching the client database (CRM) and executing customer retention initiatives.
- Contribute to the store's commercial performance by driving sales and achieving targets set by the commercial management.
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring the store's appearance, adherence to merchandising guidelines, and optimal stock organization.
Qualifications
- Commercial training background with experience in luxury retail or designer perfumery.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
